About Us
The Marsh Family Farm
My husband Dennis and I have a small farm in Bethany, CT. We have 26 chickens, 12 goats, 2 dogs, 4 cats, and 3 human kids! I am currently milking our goats Rosie, Jasmine, & Mocha and I make goat milk soap and lotion from their milk. I am also a registered nurse and lactation consultant and have worked at Bridgeport Hospital & now Yale for 20 years. Hence the "Nurse to Farm Girl"! I have always loved animals and having a little farm is kind of a little dream come true for me. There’s something altogether amazing about working with your farm animals. When you see the results of the care you give them, and what they produce for you, I think it develops some kind of special bond between the farmer and animal that I never knew happened in farming but it’s all just truly amazing and I have loved every minute of it!

Hazel and her four week old babies come to the market with us and we have been able to offer all kinds of goat education and goat love to people of all ages while we sell our soaps!
